UNICA CE is organized to protect the health and safety of employees, customers and suppliers without impacting the needs related to customer orders.

Office operations

All offices are open but the presence of technicians is reduced to a minimum.

Staff who can work in Smart Working mode works from home. No difference in provision of the service is provided for customers.

All staff can be reached by customers and suppliers both by telephone (using the same numbers) and by e-email.

The management of couriers or postal services is regular (from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm).

Workshop operation

The operation of our workshop is regular and is guaranteed for all orders.

The reception/shipment of orders is regular (from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm).

Commercial business

All our sales representatives are operational and reachable.

Face-to-face meeting (both those at the customer’s premises and those at the UNICA CE headquarters) are possible in compliance with the specific security measures to protect all participants of the meetings.

For meetings at its offices, UNICA CE provides for various measures (questionnaire on the state of health/risk profile, temperature measurement, use of a mask, spacing, hand and environmental hygiene) and expects equivalent measures to be taken by companies that intend to host us.

However, there is always the possibility of substituting face-to-face meetings with online meetings.
